Preston Place is the third of five projects to be released in Metro’s ‘Place’ series. Each project being a thoughtfully considered residential community that focuses on fostering human connections, supports the local ecology, and provides genuine value to local owner occupiers who share these values. Each unique to place; they are underpinned by three common principles – sustainability, community and accessibility.
A Place Series home is designed to reduce energy needs and is powered by renewables to lower your bills. It's located an easy walk or cycle from all major amenity to reduce the need for driving. And it supports local ecosystems, through endemic planting to parks, gardens and road verges.
We think about how streets, parks and other amenities can help neighbours meet, socialise, and live a more active, healthy life. We also think about how a home can provide spaces to gather and share special moments, as well as provide places of solace. Good social connection is the fabric of a safe and healthy community.
